You would like to purchase a voucher?
Vouchers can be purchased ONLY on site at Greifswalder Str. 11, 10405 Berlin against cash payment. Unfortunately, shipping is not possible. Please contact us beforehand by phone, because our reception in the day spa is not always occupied.
You would like to send us a booking request?
Then please use our booking form.
When will my booking request be confirmed?
Usually you will receive an answer to your booking request within a few hours. In urgent cases you can reach us by phone during our opening hours.
You would like to cancel a booking?
You can easily cancel your appointment by e‑mail. If you cannot keep your booked appointment at short notice, then we ask you to cancel by phone.
Please be so kind and cancel your appointment promptly, but at the latest on the day of application by 8 a.m., if you cannot keep it. This way we have the possibility to give the appointment to someone else.
In case of non-cancellation, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the agreed price if the appointment could not be re-assigned for this period.
How can I pay?
Unfortunately, card payment is not possible with us. We accept ONLY cash payment on site.
How much does a massage/fish spa cost?
All prices for massages, fish spa and combinations can be found in our price list.
